This Spring is about indulgence, and in partnership with our friends at Moët & Chandon, we’re dishing up a snack menu and a Spring Lunch to complement their 2016 Grand Vintage releases.

Our snack menu consists of four iconic Angus & Bon bites: A freshly shucked oyster, topped with caviar, truffle salted fries, prawn bruschetta and our bay lobster and prawn donut, all paired perfectly with Moët & Chandon pours.

For the dedicated champagne drinker join us for our Spring Lunch on November 7, where we match this year’s Moët vintage releases with our burrata, kingfish crudo, a 500g Thomas Scotch fillet and multiple dessert courses.
