An Evening With Angel’s Envy

This September and October, we’re teaming up with our friends at Angel’s Envy, a premier bourbon distillery from Louisville, Kentucky, for a limited event series.

To launch the collaboration we’re hosting a three-course, cocktail-paired degustation led by National Brand Ambassador Kayla Grigoriou. This exclusive event will be hosted in our private dining room on Thursday, October 29 from 7pm. Tickets are $150 and there are only 16 seats, making this it a truly intimate experience.

Partake in matched cocktails alongside a chef-led degustation. Start with a Kentucky 75 – a riff on the French 75 with Angel’s Envy, lemon and sparkling wine, light and fizzy and perfect to kick things off.

Then move through three courses, expect a tropical scallop crudo matched with a Whiskey Highball garnished with paw paw and herbs, a 200g Sher Wagyu Eye Fillet MB6-7, Bordelaise sauce and dauphine potatoes alongside an Angel’s Envy Perfect Manhattan.

And to finish, a Dark Chocolate Marquis with burnt maple syrup ice-cream matched with an Angel’s Envy Cask Hot Shot – coffee-forward with a backbone of anise – a short drink with a lot of attitude.
